1. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1 7/8 in from the end of the lapel
2. The Anchor/Rank should be postioned 1 1/2 above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2 out from the center.
3. The Service Stars/Name Plate should be postioned 1/4 above the top of the pocket.
