1. The Anchor should be postioned 1 1/2 above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2 out from the center.
2. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1 out from the end of the lapel and 1 down from the top of the collar.
3. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4 above the top of the pocket.
