1. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1/2 up from the bottom of the lapel.
2. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4 above the top of the pocket.
3. The Anchor/Rank should be postioned 1 1/2 above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2 out from the center.
